Reflections of a palaeo illustrator

In the summer of 2025, a field trip from the University of Edinburgh visited the Blumenberg fossil quarry in Eichstätt. I had the privilege of joining Dr Christina Ifrim from the Jura Museum Eichstätt to share some insights into regional Jurassic palaeontology, with the assistance of some scientific illustrations. This resulted in an interview by Finn McElrue-Inch, which was published in the absolutely impressive and professional student magazine AEONS.
