VORTRAG / TALK / LECTURE
Flight requires a great deal of energy and special adaptations. There must therefore be good reasons why first the insects, later pterosaurs, small dinosaurs and bats developed flight. How this was achieved and which evolutionary stories are bound up with it is discussed at length and richly illustrated in this talk.
